Recommended Version

I am a product operations and AI-delivery candidate based in London, currently working at BT Business and building AIDEMAIN Ltd, a UK-registered consumer-AI hardware/software venture. My through-line is simple: I move toward ambiguous problems, give them structure, and turn them into something people can use. At BT Business, I work in a pre-launch product-operations role. My team tests new products and major product changes before they go live, and my work sits where customer experience, product quality, commercial risk and launch timing meet. Across seven security and cloud product trials, I have built and governed 183 Jira scenarios, run mock-customer and mock-agent journeys, managed defect triage, coordinated Product, Digital, Sales, Service and supplier stakeholders, and helped produce the evidence used for go/no-go decisions. The clearest example is my McAfee Business Antivirus Protection trial. I took ownership from setup through exit, managed trialists and scenario governance, surfaced severe P1/P2 issues, and contributed to an evidence-based No-Go on a £2.72M product. That decision protected customers, brand trust and revenue by challenging the pressure to launch before the experience was ready. Before my current role, I worked across BT account-management rotations covering Media & Broadcast, global technology partnerships, and Corporate & Public Sector retail/charity accounts. I managed relationships across a 15+ technology-partner portfolio, with interview-safe examples including Westcon, Digital Realty, Ribbon Network, CrowdStrike, Rackspace, Zscaler, Cisco and Cisco Meraki. I completed £400k+ of orders, supported a £600k quote, contributed around £6M of pipeline across 40 accounts, helped recover over £400k through a four-person revenue-assurance effort, supported BBC bid sections for Wimbledon and World Service, and built market/vertical reports that opened new commercial routes. Alongside BT, I founded AIDEMAIN Ltd, a consumer-AI hardware/software company. AiDE ONE currently has recruiter-visible evidence including the website, a physical MVP, hardware demo, video, pictures, 3D model, Figma designs and selected voice-transcript material where appropriate. I built the website and payments flow using React, Supabase, Stripe and REST APIs by directing AI coding agents. My technical delivery method is AI-agent directed: my strength is product judgement, user framing, technical translation, acceptance testing and using AI tools to turn intent into working systems. My academic background supports the same direction. My MA in Digital Culture & Society at King's College London covered HCI, AI & Society, Virtual Realities and Web Technologies. My dissertation explored VR mechanics and "incorporation": how digital systems become useful when they integrate into embodied life rather than replacing it. Earlier, my BA dissertation was an empirical user-research project on online interpretation teaching during COVID-19, including HCI/activity-theory framing and a 102-person survey. I am currently interested in product operations, AI product delivery, consumer AI hardware, wearable/spatial computing, internal tools, product launch readiness, and roles that need someone who can sit between users, business stakeholders and technical teams.

Biography Memo

Zubiao Jiang is a London-based product operations and AI-delivery candidate whose story is best understood as a progression from founder behaviour, to commercial technology work, to pre-launch product ownership, and now to consumer-AI hardware/software.

His earliest founder evidence came at Guangxi University, where he became the registered legal representative of Nanning Tiger Translation Co., Ltd. He personally handled company registration and helped operate a small but real translation venture with paid projects across medical courseware translation, Vietnamese merchant interpretation and student document translation. The company generated only around 3,000 RMB, but the important signal was ownership: he treated the project as a real business while many others treated it as a university competition.

He later moved to King's College London for an MA in Digital Culture & Society, where his work began to crystallise around HCI, VR, AI and how technology fits into human life. His dissertation on VR mechanics and incorporation became the conceptual seed of his current consumer-AI hardware direction. Other MA work included HCI research, a consumer-app monetisation project, a web-technology project, design fiction about XR wearables and AI companionship, and critical analysis of digital surveillance and gamification.

Professionally, BT gave him the commercial and operational base. In Media & Broadcast, he supported BBC bid work and helped recover over £400k through a four-person revenue-assurance effort. In BT International, he managed technology-partner relationships across a 15+ partner portfolio. In Corporate & Public Sector, he supported major retail and charity accounts, including M&S bid coordination, high-street store visits and an automotive vertical-market report. His current BT Business role is the most product-adjacent: he manages trials that decide whether products are ready to launch, including a defended No-Go on a £2.72M product.

AIDEMAIN brings the story together. It gives him a live founder vehicle in consumer AI hardware/software, a physical MVP, product assets, Figma designs and a practical AI-agent delivery workflow. The combined profile is not a traditional PM route, but it is coherent: founder ownership, customer research, technology delivery, product readiness, AI tooling and commercial judgement.

Current Interests

  • Consumer AI hardware and wearable/spatial computing products.
  • AI product delivery, especially tools that move from prototype to real adoption.
  • Product operations, launch readiness, go/no-go governance and customer-journey testing.
  • Internal tools and platforms that make complex workflows simpler for users.
  • Roles that need a bridge between business stakeholders, users, technical teams and commercial teams.
  • AI-agent workflows as a new product-building method for non-traditional builders and product operators.

LinkedIn Experience Entries

Founder — AIDEMAIN Ltd

Founder of AIDEMAIN Ltd, a UK-registered consumer-AI hardware/software company building AiDE ONE. I own the product direction, user problem framing, positioning, roadmap and commercial model. Current recruiter-visible evidence includes the website, physical MVP, hardware demo, video, pictures, 3D model, Figma designs and selected voice-transcript material where appropriate. Built and integrated the company website and payments flow using React, Supabase, Stripe and REST APIs by directing AI coding agents. My role is not deep hand-engineering; it is product judgement, technical translation, acceptance testing and turning product intent into usable systems with AI-assisted tooling.

Customer Experience Trial Manager — BT Business

Pre-launch product operations role for BT Business security and cloud products. I run product trials before launch, translating customer and agent journeys into governed Jira scenarios, acceptance checks, defect triage and launch-readiness evidence. Across seven programmes, I built and governed 183 Jira trial scenarios and coordinated Product, Digital, Sales, Service and supplier stakeholders. Key example: owned the McAfee Business Antivirus Protection trial from setup through exit, surfaced severe P1/P2 defects, and contributed to an evidence-based No-Go on a £2.72M product by walking Product and Commercial owners through customer impact and revenue risk. Also became the team's go-to Jira expert, building dashboards, configuring fields and running demos to improve team adoption of Jira and AI-enabled workflows.

Account Manager — BT Group

BT Business graduate/account-management rotations across Media & Broadcast, global technology partnerships, and Corporate & Public Sector accounts. Highlights: • Managed relationships across a 15+ technology-partner portfolio. Interview-safe examples: Westcon, Digital Realty, Ribbon Network, CrowdStrike, Rackspace, Zscaler, Cisco and Cisco Meraki. • Completed £400k+ of orders, supported a £600k quote for a major financial customer, and contributed around £6M pipeline across 40 accounts. • Helped recover over £400k through a four-person Media & Broadcast revenue-assurance effort. • Supported BBC bid sections for Wimbledon and World Service. • Built an automotive vertical-market report identifying new revenue routes for BT in EV infrastructure, dealerships, connectivity and cybersecurity. • Supported an M&S Security & Network Transformation bid and introduced AI tools into bid/reporting workflows.

Sales Development Executive — Home Made

High-volume consumer digital-sales role. Ran roughly 100-200 outbound calls per day, building early discipline in customer qualification, objection handling, conversion, CRM hygiene and clear customer communication.

Registered Legal Representative — Nanning Tiger Translation Co., Ltd.

Co-founded and legally represented a registered translation company during university. Personally handled company registration, stamps and permits, and helped operate real paid projects across medical courseware translation, Vietnamese merchant interpretation and student document translation. Total revenue was small, around 3,000 RMB, but the experience was a formative ownership lesson: customer acquisition, founder commitment, team motivation and operating a real service business.

Reusable Positioning Notes

Core pitch: founder of a consumer-AI hardware/software venture, product-operations manager at BT Business, and commercially trained technology partner/account manager.

Most defensible numbers: 183 Jira scenarios, 7 product trials, £2.72M product No-Go, 15+ technology partners, £400k+ orders, £600k quote, ~£6M pipeline, £400k+ revenue recovered, 500+ prospects part-qualified, 100-200 calls/day at Home Made.

Honest technical framing: builds by directing AI coding agents; strong in product intent, prompt-to-build workflows, acceptance testing, API/product integration and stakeholder translation; do not over-claim deep hand-engineering or ML engineering.

Best role lane: product operations, AI product delivery, launch readiness, internal tools, associate PM, consumer AI/hardware, and technology partner/account roles at product-led companies.
